i2 New-Generation Solutions for Retail to be Demonstrated at Booth No. 2705

i2 Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITWO - News) will be demonstrating its new-generation planning and supply chain management solutions for the retail industry at the NRF Annual Convention and Expo in New York City, Jan. 14-17, 2006.

During the event, i2 will showcase its advanced planning solution suite for retailers as well as its transportation management solutions, including:

* Merchandise financial planning
* Buying and assortment management
* Allocation and replenishment management (including INFOREM)
* Cycle time optimization
* Transportation planning and management

In addition to solution demonstrations, i2 will be hosting a roundtable discussion on Tuesday, Jan. 16 from 1:45 - 3:15 p.m. EST. The discussion will focus on the topic of "Advanced Planning: How to Better Perform the Retail Balancing Act" and will be moderated by Chuck Kramer, senior vice president and general manager, i2 Retail Industry Group. Formerly an executive at Payless ShoeSource, Kramer is now responsible for i2's retail strategy and market direction. Kramer will share insights on implementing best practices in advanced planning to enable a superior customers shopping experience while simultaneously improving inventory productivity.
