Intraware Signs SubscribeNet Service Agreement with Gracenote

Intraware, Inc., (NASDAQ:ITRA - News), the leading provider of electronic software and license delivery and management solutions for enterprise technology companies, today announced that Gracenote®, a global leader in digital media technology and services, has signed a multi-year agreement to use Intraware's SubscribeNet® Software Manager and Evaluation Manager services. In addition, Gracenote will use Intraware's Digital Fastball services to provide software delivery capabilities and information sharing to its developer community. Gracenote was among the four unnamed new customers the Company previously announced at the end of its third fiscal quarter.
